Patient and resident experience: CMS does not currently publish a standardized, nationwide facility-level experience star rating comparable to hospital HCAHPS for every nursing home. The report shows CMS information about resident or family councils when available and provides questions for obtaining and interpreting each facility’s own recent resident and family survey results.
